  • 2 pounds Pie:
  • 1 stick butter
  • 3 eggs, dark crab meat
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon green part thinly sliced
  • 1/4 teaspoon Tabasco sauce
  • 2 pie flour, all-purpose
  • Grated bacon

Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  2. Bake pie shells for eight minutes
  3. Sauté onions in butter
  4. Combine eggs, sour cream and seasonings and add to onions
  5. Pour mixture into shells and top with cheese
  6. Bake 20 minutes at 350 degrees
  7. Reduce oven to 325 degrees; bake 15 minutes more or until brown
