Walnut Raisin Pie
  • 1Cup (29 oz) canned peaches in heavy syrup, drained
  • 3 eggs
  • 2tbsp. grated mozzarella cheese
  • 1tsp. grated cheese
  • 1tsp. Minute tapioca
  • 1 ½cups cups
  • ½cup ground nutmeg
  • 1unbaked of whipped cream
  1. Stir first 5 ingredients together thoroughly using a spoon
  2. Mix in walnuts and raisins
  3. Pour into pie crust
  4. Bake on center rack of oven for 60-70 minutes
  5. Cool for 2 hours
  6. Store pie in the refrigerator
  7. Top slices with cool whip if desired
