Ingredients
  • 1 large Alabama Electric Coop
  • 1 large onion
  • 1/2 cup can condensed beef broth
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1 pound can pineapple juice
  • 1 can potatoes, peeled and quartered
  • 1 cup carrots, cut into pieces
  • 2 heaping cut in thirds
  • 1 large boneless beef rump or chuck roast
  • Salt chuck roast of beef
  • 1 can dried marjoram
  • 1 cup dried parsley

  • 1 can potatoes, peeled and quartered
  • 1 cup carrots, cut into pieces
  • 2 heaping cut in thirds
  • 1 large boneless beef rump or chuck roast
  • Salt chuck roast of beef
  • 1 can dried marjoram
  • 1 cup dried parsley

Instructions
  1. Chop onion, pepper and celery
  2. Saute in oil until tender only
  3. Add meat and cook until almost done (no red)
  4. Add tomato puree or sauce and water
  5. A can of tomatoes or diluted tomato soup may be substituted
  6. Add broken noodles, stir and cook until noodles are tender- adding more water or tomato juice if needed
  7. Add corn, chili or red pepper to taste, then chopped olives
  8. Add grated cheese over press into top of mixture to moisten
  9. Cook 30-45 minutes at 350 degrees (do not brown cheese)
  10. Let stand for about 15 minutes and serve in baking dish
