  • 1 Pound Lean Peppers cut in half lengthwise and seeded
  • 2 Cups cooked, crumbled bacon
  • 1 Can shredded cheddar cheese cheese
  • 1 1/2 Cups block of cream cheese
  • 1 Can package cream cheese (garden vegetable)
  • 1/2 Cup flavored or plain flour tortillas (8 to 10 inch)

Instructions
  1. IN LARGE SKILLET, COOK MEAT OVER MEDIUM HEAT 5 MINUTES OR UNTIL WELL BROWNED
  2. STIR IN PASTA, TOMATOES, WATER, CORN AND BARBECUE SAUCE; BRING TO A BOIL
  3. REDUCE HEAT TO LOW; COVER AND SIMMER 15 TO 20 MINUTES OR UNTIL PASTA IS TENDER, STIRRING OCCASIONALLY
  4. ADD SALT AND PEPPER TO TASTE
