Ingredients
  • 2 tablespoons sugar (for dusting) or desired frosting (all optional)
  • 1/2 pint (1 3/4 cup) red or yellow cherry or grape tomatoes, halved
  • 2 garlic of cabbage
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1 pound (3 cups) plum tomatoes, coarsely chopped

Instructions
  1. Preheat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat
  2. Add the grape tomatoes and cook until they start to burst, 4 to 5 minutes
  3. Add the garlic, season the tomatoes with salt and pepper and cook for 2 more minutes
  4. Add the spinach, turning it until it it partially wilted
  5. Adjust the salt and pepper and serve immediately
  6. Yield: 2 servings
