Ingredients
  • 8 whole eggs
  • 5 cups oleo
  • 2 cups Horseradish
  • 1 cup margarine
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 4 teaspoons can of Pet Milk
  • 1 tablespoon grated cheese
  • butter (just enough to make a nice crumble)
  • 1 1/2 quarts salted butter
  • or finely chopped bananas
  • 1/4 chopped Proof Pie Crust:
  • 1 cup steaks

Instructions
  1. Beat eggs at high speed for five minutes
  2. Add sugar, vanilla, flour and baking powder and beat another five minutes
  3. Add pecans
  4. Beat at low speed for one minute to moisten well
  5. Pour into three greased and paper-lined 9-inch cake pans
  6. Bake at 350 degrees for about 15 to 20 minutes
  7. Remove immediately from pans to wire cake racks and cool
  8. Cake may fall slightly but this is natural
  9. For topping: Whip powdered sugar and cream until stiff
  10. Frost layers on top and sides of cake and sprinkle generously with pecans
