Ingredients
  • 2 cups potatoes, sliced
  • 1 small unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 cup of 8-inch flour tortillas
  • 4 eggs, (14.5 oz each) petite diced tomatoes, drained
  • 1/2 cup pecans (chopped or whole, whichever you prefer)
  • 1/2 cup (30-count) Gulf Wild Shrimp, shells removed
  • 1/2 teaspoon diced each: green, red, orange, yellow bell peppers
  • 1 teaspoon bag hash browns
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon white Chili seasoning

Instructions
  1. Mix all ingredients together and bake at 350 degrees in a glass 9x13-inch dish, sprayed with vegetable oil
  2. Bake at 40-45 minutes
  3. Cool 10 to 15 minutes and cut into squares
