Ingredients
1-2 pounds pork riblets (country-style ribs)<br />1 14 ? ounce can shredded or chopped sauerkraut<br /> Salt, pepper and garlic powder to taste
Directions
Place riblets in crockpot and sprinkle with salt, pepper and garlic powder. Pour sauerkraut with juice over riblets. Cover and cook on low 10-12 hours.
