Japanese Style Fried Chicken

1-1 1/2 pounds boneless skinless chicken breasts cut into strips or large chunks
1 cup potato starch
Vegetable oil (enough to have 1/2 inch in your frying pan)
1/2 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup sugar
1 clove of garlic crushed or minced
1/2 cup sake (Japanese Rice Wine)
Marinate chicken strips/chunks in the soy sauce, sugar, garlic and sake. Marinate for 1 hour. Heat oil in a pan. Take chicken from marinade and coat in potato starch. Deep fry until golden brown.
