Ingredients
5 eggs
½ cup white sugar or ¼ cup sugar blend Splenda
1 box dark brown sugar or 1 ¼ cup brown sugar blend Splenda
2 cups regular milk
1 pint half & half
½ pint whipping cream
1 ½ cups toasted pecan pieces
Directions
In a microwave bowl beat together eggs, both sugars and milk until well blended. Cook 4 minutes in microwave, stir after cooking. Pour into a freezer container with half & half, whipping cream and toasted pecans. Finish filling freezer with regular milk. Makes 1 gallon. To toast pecans: mix pecans with 2 tablespoons melted butter and toast in a 325 degree oven for 10-15 minutes, stirring every 5 minutes. Salt to taste after removing from oven.
