Ingredients
2 pounds fresh broccoli, trimmed and cut into 1-inch pieces
½ pound sliced bacon, cooked and crumbled
2 cups (8-ounces) shredded mozzarella cheese
½ medium red onion, chopped
Dressing:
1 cup mayonnaise
½ cup sugar
2 tablespoons cider vinegar
Directions
In large salad bowl, combine broccoli, bacon, cheese and onion. In separate bowl, combine dressing ingredients. Add dressing to salad and toss.
