Turkey Sandwich Wraps

4 9-inch wheat sandwich wraps
4 tablespoons mild horseradish sauce (or spicy mustard)
8-ounces deli-sliced turkey
4-ounces smoked cheddar cheese (or pepper jack) slices
2 cups baby romaine or spinach leaves
2 cups tomatoes, cut into 6 slices each
Lay wraps on work surface. Spread each wrap with 1 tablespoon horseradish (or spicy mustard). Arrange turkey in center of wraps, dividing evenly. Top with cheese, romaine or spinach and tomato slices. Serve with a side salad or tortilla chips and salsa.
