6 cups small red potatoes, unpeeled and quartered
¾ cup mayonnaise
1 tablespoon mustard
8 slices bacon, crispy cooked and crumbled
¼ cup chopped chives
Add potatoes to boiling water; cook 15 minutes, or until tender. Drain. Mix mayonnaise and mustard in large bowl. Add potatoes, bacon and chives; mix lightly. Refrigerate. Makes 10, ½ cup, servings.
