Best Holiday Pumpkin Pie

1 deep dish pie shell
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1 16-ounce can pumpkin
½ cup sugar
¼ cup confectioner’s sugar
½ teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon allspice
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
¼ teaspoon ground cloves
1 12-ounce can evaporated milk
Cool Whip, for topping
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Combine eggs, pumpkin, sugars, salt, allspice, cinnamon, cloves and milk. Pour filling into pie shell. Bake near center of oven for 70 minutes. Cool on wire rack. Serve with Cool Whip.
