Spice Rum Cake

1 spice cake mix
1 cup milk
1/3 cup cooking oil
1/4 cup sour cream
1/4 cup rum (plus 1 extra table spoon for glaze)
4 eggs
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 cup sifted powdered sugar
1 teaspoon melted margarine
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix cake mix, milk, cooking oil, sour cream, 1/4 cup rum, eggs and cinnamon and beat on low speed until just moistened. Beat two more minutes on medium speed, scraping sides of bowl. Pour into 10-inch bundt pan and bake 35-40 minutes or until done. Cool in pan on wire rack 10 minutes. Remove from pan, let cool completely and glaze.
Mix sifted powdered sugar, melted margarine, and tablespoons of rum. Stir in additional water, one teaspoon at a time, until glaze is drizzling consistency. Makes about 1/3 cup.
