Ingredients
2 cups yellow squash, cooked and mashed
1 cup milk
3tablespoons butter
1 cup dry bread crumbs
2 tablespoons grated onion
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 cup buttered crumbs
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
Heat milk but do not boil. Melt butter in milk and pour over the brad crumbs. Mix well and add to squash. Mix in onion, salt and pepper, and beaten eggs. Pour into buttered baking dish and sprinkle buttered crumbs on top. Bake at 300 degrees until firm.
