Chicken-Macaroni Salad

Half of 1 pound package macaroni
2 6 3/4-ounce cans chunk chicken
1 cucumber, seeded and chopped
1/2 cup sliced radishes
1/2 cup sliced celery
1/4 cup sliced green onions
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup sour cream
1 tablespoon cider vinegar
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon dill weed
6 drops bottled hot pepper sauce (optional)
Cook macaroni according to package directions and drain. Combine macaroni, chicken and next four ingredients; mix well. Combine rest of ingredients, mixing thoroughly and add to macaroni mixture. Toss to coat; cover and chill. Toss gently before serving. Garnish as desired. Makes 6-8 servings. Refrigerate leftovers.
