Ingredients
1/3 cup strawberry jam
1 honey graham pie crust
4 ounces cream cheese, softened
1 tablespoon sugar
2 tubs (8-ounce) Cool Whip, thawed and divided
1 1/2 cups cold milk
2 packages (4-ounce) Lemon Jell-O instant pudding and pie filling
Directions
Spread jam on bottom of crust. Mix cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Gently stir in 1/2 tub Cool Whip and spread over jam. Pour milk into large bowl and add pudding mixes. Beat with whisk 2 minutes or until well blended. Gently stir in remaining 1/2 tub Cool Whip. Spread over cream cheese layer. Refrigerate 4 hours or until set and top with remaining Cool Whip before serving.
