1 large cooked and diced chicken
1/3 cup flour
4 tablespoons butter
4 cups chicken stock
4 chopped hardboiled eggs
Barbecue sauce (your favorite brand)
Melt butter in pan and do not brown. Add flour and make a smooth paste; add chicken stock and cook, stirring constantly, until smooth and thick. Season to taste with barbecue sauce.
