|Spicy Chicken Pasta|
|3 cups cooked penne pasta
1 small package Velveeta cheese
8-ounce jar picante sauce
1 package Louis rich Southwestern Chicken
1 can black beans (drain juice)
1/2 cup chopped green onions
1/2 cup chopped bell pepper
2/3 cups (fresh, not canned) diced tomatoes
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
|Melt velveeta cheese; mix with picante sauce. Pour over pasta and keep warm. Top with remaining ingredients ending with cheddar cheese. Serve immediately.
