2 cups diced celery
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/3 cup raisins
4 cups seasoned stuffing cubes
1 cup dried apricots finely chopped
3/4-1 cup chicken broth
2 slightly beaten eggs
1/4 cup pecans
1 teaspoon rubbed sage
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
Melt butter in large skillet and sauté celery and onion until tender. Remove from heat, add remaining ingredients and mix well. Shape into 12 equal-sized balls and place into greased 13x9x2-inch baking dish. Bake uncovered at 375 degrees for 20-25 minutes until brown. Makes 12 servings.
