|Leftover Holiday Turkey|

|3 cups turkey
1 tomato, cut in small pieces
1 onion, cut in small pieces
1 can sliced mushrooms, drained
1 bell pepper, cut into small pieces
1 can sliced drained water chestnuts
2 to 3 tablespoons soy sauce
3 tablespoons butter or margarine
1 1/2 cups water
|Saute turkey in butter. Add soy sauce; turn heat on low; cover and cook 10 minutes; add remaining ingredients, cover and cook on low heat until all ingredients are done.
Chef's Note: Best served over cooked rice.
