Chicken Broccoli Casserole

6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
3 stalks of fresh broccoli
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can Rotelle tomatoes
1 small jar sliced mushrooms
1/2 Vidalia onion, chopped
1/2 green bell pepper, chopped
4 ounces Velveeta sheese
1 boil-in-the-bag rice
Boil chicken, broccoli and rice. Broccoli and rice can be combined in one boiler. Add onion, bell pepper and mushrooms to boiling chicken. Cook until chicken is done. Drain and set aside. Mix soup, tomatoes and cheese and cook over low heat, stirring often, until blended. Drain broccoli and rice. Shred chicken and mix with broccoli and rice. Butter a medium casserole dish and pour in chicken mixture. Cover with soup mixture and bake.
