Ingredients
1 16-ounce raisin bread, toasted
3 tablespoons sugar
1 tablespoon cinnamon
1/2 gallon chocolate cherry ice cream
Directions
Heat oven to 350 degrees. Arrange toasted bread in a 11x7x2-inch baking dish coated with butter-flavored cooking spray. In a saucepan, melt ice cream. Add cinnamon. Pour this mixture over bread. Let stand for 20 minutes. Bake one hour or until knife inserted comes out clean. May be served with whipped cream.
