Sweet Potato-Apple Salad

4 cooked sweet potatoes, cubed
1 can (20-ounce) pineapple chunks, drained
1 package miniature marshmallows (10 1/2-ounce)
4 red delicious apples, chopped
1/2 cup flaked coconut
1/2 cup walnuts or pecans, chopped
1 carton (12 ounce) whipped topping
3/4 cup mayonnaise
Toss first six ingredients. Combine whipped topping and mayonnaise. Fold into fruit mixture. cover and chill for one hour. Yields 32 servings.
