1 package of wild rice mix
2-3 chicken breasts
8 ounces sou cream
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 package of silvered almonds
1 roll ritz crackers
2 teaspoons poppy seed
1 stick butter or margarine
Cook wild rice according to directions and place in bottom of 13x9 baking dish. Cut chicken in bite-size pieces and sauté in skillet. Mix soup, sour cream, almonds and chicken and spread over top of rice mixture. Crush Ritz crackers. Melt margarine and mix. Stir in poppy seeds and top chicken and rice mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
