Kraut Round Reuben With Vidalia Onions

2 cups drained sourkraut
1/2 teaspoon caraway or dill seed
Dash of garlic powder
2 Vidalia onions, sliced
1/2 cup Russian dressing
1 pound thinly sliced corned beef
1 pound sliced Swiss cheese
Melted butter
16 slices round bread
Toss sourkraut with caraway seed and garlic powder. Set aside. Spread bread with dressing. Top eight slices of bread with corned beef, onion, sauerkraut, cheese and remaining bread slices. Brush melted butter on both sides of sandwich. Grill in skillet until cheese is melted.
