Honey Pear Upside-Down Cake

1 pear, peeled and thinly sliced
1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
2 teaspoons grated orange peel
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 cup honey
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup honey
1 egg
2 tablespoons butter or margarine, melted
2 tablespoons fresh orange juice
Arrange pear slices in greased nine-inch pie pan. Sprinkle with flour, orange peel and cinnamon; drizzle and soda and salt. Mix honey, egg butter and orange juice. Add to flour mixture and spread over pears. Bake at 375 degrees for 30-35 minutes (or brown). Cool five minutes, invert onto platter.
