Shrimp and Macaroni Salad

6 ounces macaroni
4 eggs (reserve one)
1/2 cup carrots
1 pound bag cooked salad shrimp
3/4 cup celery
1/2 small bell pepper, optional
Small bottle olives
2 slices cheddar cheese, grated
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup ranch salad dressing
Cook macaroni lightly salted and drain. Boil three eggs and chop; grate carrots; chop pepper, celery and most of olives. Combine all in a large bowl. Add mayonnaise and salad dressing to desired moistness. Top with one chopped reserved egg, olives and grated cheese. Refrigerate several hours.
