Mozzarella & Cranberry Muffin Bakes

5 English muffins, each split in half
1 can (8 ounces) cranberry sauce
3 cups (12 ounces) shredded mozzarella cheese
2 1/2 cups (14 ounces) cubed cooked ham (turkey can be used instead)
1 can (20 ounces) sliced pineapple, drained
Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Place the muffin halves cut side up on a cookie sheet. Spread the cranberry sauce evenly over the muffins. Sprinkle half of the mozzarella cheese on the muffins then top with equal amounts of ham. Top each with pineapple slice and sprinkle with the remaining mozzarella cheese. Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until heated through and the cheese is melted.
