|Strawberry Sheet Cake|
|1 package white cake mix
2/3 cup salad oil
1/2 package of frozen or fresh strawberries, mashed with sugar to taste
1 (3 ounce) package strawberry
1/2 cup water
1 pound package of confectioners' sugar
1/4 pound of butter or margarine
1/2 cup of frozen or fresh strawberries (mashed)
|(Preheat oven to 350 degrees)
Combine all ingredients. Beat until smooth. Bake in a greased and floured jelly roll pan or cookie sheet with 1-inch sides at 350 degrees for 25 minutes or until done. When cool, top with topping.
Combine all ingredients and frost cake.
