1 can English peas, strained
1 can shoe peg corn, drained
1 can French cut green beans, drained
1 2-ounce jar chopped pimento, drained
1 can sliced water chestnuts, drained
1 medium onion, diced
1/2 cup bell pepper, diced
3/4 cup sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1/2 cup white vinegar
2 tablespoons Mazola oil
2 teaspoons water
Heat vinegar and sugar until dissolved. Cool. Add oil, salt, water and paprika. Stir well. Pour over vegetables and store in refrigerator.
