2 cups dry great northern beans
5 cups chicken broth
3 cups water
3 teaspoons chicken bouillon granules
2 medium-sized onions, chopped
3 carrots, sliced
1 cup left-over chicken (cubed)
2 tablespoons cooking oil
Cook beans in large pot for two minutes. Remove and let stand one hour. Drain and add chicken broth and water. Cook until beans are tender (about two hours). Add all other ingredients and cook about 30 minutes or a little longer.
