Pumpkin Roll (correction)

3 eggs
1 cup sugar
1 teaspoon baking soda
2/3 cup pumpkin puree
2 teaspoons cinnamon
3/4 cup self-rising flour
1 cup sifted powdered sugar
8 ounces cream cheese (room temperature)
4 tablespoons butter (room temperature)
1 teaspoon vanilla flavoring
Beat eggs and add sugar. Then add pumpkin, flour, baking soda and cinnamon. Mix well. Spread onto prepared jelly roll pan (approximately 5 1/2"x10 1/2") lined with wax paper. Bake at 375 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes. Turn out of pan while still warm onto teat towel coated with sifted powdered sugar. Roll in towel and let cool. Unroll and spread with filling. Roll again without towel and wrap in foil.
Beat in mixer until fluffy.
