Asparagus Quiche

1 unbaked pie crust
4 slices Swiss cheese
1/2 cup buttered onions, sautéed
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
2 slices crisp bacon
1 small can asparagus, drained
1/2 cup milk
2 eggs, beaten
Beat eggs. Add milk and nutmeg. Sauté onions then cook bacon. Drain asparagus. Put eggs, milk, nutmeg, onions and bacon in the unbaked pie shell then add cheese. Bake at 4400 degrees for 30-45 minutes.
