Crab and Shrimp Casserole

6 1/2-ounce can crabmeat, flaked
4 1/2-ounce can shrimp, flaked
1 medium green pepper, chopped
1 medium onion, chopped
1 cup chopped celery
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1 cup mayonnaise
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
Buttered crumbs
Mix all ingredients. Place in a one-quart baking dish, sprayed with cooking spray. Sprinkle one cup buttered crumbs over top. Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Serves eight.
