One-pan Potatoes and Chicken Santa Fe

4 medium potatoes, cut into 3/4-inch cubes
1 pound boned and skinned chicken breasts, cut into 3/4-inch cubes
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 cup prepared tomato salsa
1 small can whole kernel corn, undrained
Cook potatoes in microwave for eight to 10 minutes or until tender. While potatoes cook, in a large skillet toss and brown chicken in olive oil over high heat in five minutes. Add potatoes; sauté and toss until potatoes are lightly browned. Add salsa and corn; toss until heated through serves four.
