2 cans shoepeg corn, drained
2 cans blackeyed peas, drained
2 cans diced Rotel chili tomatoes, not drained
2 large bell peppers, diced
12 small green tomatoes, diced
3 fresh tomatoes, diced
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon garlic salt
1 teaspoon parsley flakes
1 large bottle Italian dressing
Directions
Mix all ingredients and refrigerate.
