1 pound pork sausage
6 medium white potatoes
1 cup cheese, grated
1 smal can Pet milk
1 small onion, chopped
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 cup water
2 eggs
Salt and pepper to taste
Cut and slice potatoes like potato chips. Boil the sliced potatoes and chopped onion in the cream of chicken soup and water until tender. Sauté sausage in a skillet and chop to crumble as it cooks. Place half of the potatoes in a casserole dish. Top with sausage and cheese. Then layer again with the other half of the potatoes. Mix the milk and eggs together and pour over the top. Cook in a 350-degree oven for 20 minutes.
