6 chicken breasts
2 cans cream of chicken soup
8 ounces sour cream
1 tube Ritz crackers, crushed
2 tablespoons poppy seed
1 stick margarine, melted
Boil chicken in lightly salted water until tender. Drain, cool and debone. Place chicken in a greased casserole dish. Combine chicken soup and sour cream. Spoon this mixture over chicken. Sprinkle crushed crackers and poppy seed over top. Drizzle margarine over all. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes until hot and bubbly.
