2 9-inch unbaked pie shells
1 cup grated Swiss cheese
2 tablespoons flour
1 tablespoon instant chicken bouillon
3 cups cooked chicken, shredded
1 cup milk
3 eggs, well beaten
1 small jar sliced mushrooms, drained
1/4 cup chopped onion
2 tablespoons chopped pimento
Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Prick the bottoms of the pie shells and bake for 8 minutes. Remove crusts from oven. Reduce oven temperature to 350 degrees. In a large bowl, toss cheese with flour and bouillon. Add all remaining ingredients and mix well. Pour into the pie crusts and bake for 40 to 45 minutes or until set in the center. Let stand for 10 minutes before serving.
