Ingredients
1 Lemon supreme cake mix
1 small box instant lemon pudding
1 cup water
1 cup oil
4 eggs
2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
Glaze:
2 cups powdered sugar
1/3 cup fresh lime juice
Directions
Combine cake mix, pudding mix, water and oil. Add eggs and lime juice and beat about 2 minutes. Pour batter into a greased 9x13 baking pan. Bake at 325 degrees for about 40 to 50 minutes or until tested done. Combine glaze ingredients. Poke holes in hot cakes and pour glaze over cake. Cover cake and refrigerate. This cake keeps well refrigerated.
