Crab and Cabbage Slaw

1 pound crab meat, fresh or frozen
4 cups thinly sliced cabbage
1 cup grated carrots
1/4 cup diced green pepper
1/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup low-fat mayonnaise
1/4 cup cream cheese, softened
1 teaspoon celery seed
1/2 teaspoon white pepper
Combine crab meat, cabbage, carrots and green pepper. Combine sugar, mayonnaise, cream cheese, celery seed and pepper. Pour dressing over slaw and mix well. Chill to serve.
