Stuffed Flounder

1 pound crab meat
1 egg, slightly beaten
1/4 cup diced green pepper
1/4 cup diced onion
2 tablespoons milk
1 tablespoon mayonnaise
1 teaspoon dry mustard
Dash hot pepper sauce
2 pounds flounder fillets
2 tablespoons melted butter
Combine first 8 ingredients and mix thoroughly. Wash and dry fish fillets and cut into 8 pieces. Place 4 pieces, skin-side down, on a foil-lined baking pan. Spoon crab meat mixture onto each piece. Cover with remaining 4 pieces of fish. Brush tops with butter and sprinkle with paprika. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
