Creamy Raspberry French Silk Pie

15 ounces Pillsbury Refrigerated Pie Crusts
1/4 cup sugar
3 tablespoons cornstarch
1 1/2 cups milk
6 ounces semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 tablespoon raspberry flavored liqueur
1 1/2 cups whipping cream
2 tablespoons powdered sugar
2 cups fresh raspberries
Heat oven to 450 degrees. Prepare pie crust according to directions for one-crust 9-inch baked shell. Bake 9 to 11 minutes. Cool completely. Combine sugar and cornstarch in a saucepan. Gradually add milk and cook over medium heat until mixture boils, stirring constantly. Remove from heat. Add chocolate chips and liqueur. Pour into a bowl and cover surface with plastic wrap. Cool to room temperature. Combine whipping cream and powdered sugar, beating until soft peaks form. Reserve 1 cup. Beat chocolate mixture until fluffily. Fold into whipped cream. Place 1 1/2 cups raspberries in crust. Top with then reserved whipped cream and garnish with raspberries. Refrigerate before serving.
