2 cans clack-eyed peas, drained
2 cans white shoe peg corn, drained
2 cans diced Rotel tomatoes
2 large sweet bell peppers, chopped
12 small green onions, chopped
3 ripe tomatoes, seeded and chopped
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon parsley flaked
1 large bottle Italian dressing
Combine all ingredients in a large salad bowl, tossing well to coat thoroughly. Refrigerate overnight. Use with tortilla chips as a dip or eat as a salad.
