Santa Fe Stew

1 pound boneless pork, cubed
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 large onion, diced
1/2 teaspoon Lawry's Garlic Powder with Parsley
1 packet (1.25 ounces) Lawry's Taco Spices and seasonings
3 cans (14.5 ounces) whole tomatoes, undrained
1/2 cup beef broth
1 can (15 ounces) pinto beans, drained
1 can (7 ounces) corn, drained
1 can (7 ounces) diced green chilies
Brown pork in oil then drain. Add onion and garlic powder to drippings. Brown 2 to 3 minutes. Add all remaining ingredients, breaking up tomatoes. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer 25 minutes. Simmer longer for a thicker stew.
