1 cup graham cracker crumbs
3 tablespoons sugar
2 tablespoons margarine, melted
24 ounces fat-free cream cheese
3/4 cup sugar
2 tablespoons flour
3 tablespoons lemon juice
3/4 cup cholesterol-free egg product
8 ounces nonfat lemon yogurt
Heat oven to 350 degrees. Combine cracker crumbs, sugar and margarine and mix well. Pat crumb mixture into the bottom of a 9- or 10-inch pan and let set aside. Beat cream cheese, sugar and flour until light, fluffy and smooth. Gradually add lemon juice, egg product and yogurt. Beat well and pour over crust. Bake at 350 degrees 60 to 70 minutes or until center of cake is set.
