Shoe Peg Corn Casserole

1/2 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup chopped celery
1/4 cup chopped bell pepper
1/2 cup sharp cheese, grated
1 can shoe peg corn
1 can French-style green beans, drained
1 can cream of celery soup
1/2 pint sour cream
Salt and pepper to taste
1 stick margarine
1 stack of crackers, crushed
Mix the first 8 ingredients together. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Pour into a 9x13 casserole dish. Melt the margarine and toss with crushed crackers. Spread this mixture on top of casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
