Smothered Pork chops

6 pork chops
1/2 cup apple jelly
1/2 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup ketchup
1 tablespoon cornstarch
1 tablespoon water
Sprinkle chops with Accent. Place chops in a shallow baking dish. Combine jelly, soy sauce and ketchup. Pour this mixture over the chops. Cover with foil. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 to 60 minutes or until tender. Remove chops to warm platter. To make gravy, combine cornstarch and water in a saucepan. Pour in pan juices. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until mixture thickens and comes to a boil. Serve over chops with rice.
